Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Our products are printed to order through our fulfillment partner. Because each item is made when you order it, slight variations in color, placement, and sizing can occur, and screens can display colors differently. Product images are representative, not exact.

• All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We calculate shipping and tax based on your address at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge for your order total.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it.

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Both are part of these terms.

The site, our brand, logos, and content are owned by E-lete Sports or our partners and are protected by law. Athlete names, images, logos, and marks are used with permission as part of our name, image, and likeness (NIL) program and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or use any of this content without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site. For example, do not:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security, or use it to send spam or malware.
• Scrape or copy the site or its content without permission.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. This does not affect any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-lete Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold E-lete Sports harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
