Returns and Refunds

Every item is printed to order, so we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store. Here is the deal, kept simple.
Made-to-order items
Because each piece is produced just for you when you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for choosing the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide and your order details before you check out.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We stand behind the quality of every order. We will replace or refund any item that is:
- Damaged or flawed when it arrives.
- Defective in materials or printing.
- Not what you ordered (wrong item, size, or design sent to you).
Email us within 30 days of delivery at eletesports@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will sort out a replacement or refund. You will not need to pay return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. After we approve a refund, it usually posts within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order changes and cancellations
Items move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We will do our best, but once an item is in production we may not be able to make changes.
How to start a claim
Email eletesports@gmail.com with your order number, what went wrong, and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will reply with next steps.
